FAQ's & Policies
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Please fill out Order Request Form
Q: How much are your cookies?
A: Please see the Princing tab above.
Q: How much notice do I need to give for ordering cookies?
A: For custom cookies I typically need a minimum of 6 weeks notice for custom cookie orders. I tend to book out 6-8 weeks ahead of time. It is important to place your order as soon as possible.
Q: Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet?
A: Yes, of course! You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme. Keep in mind that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: I am able to refund and cancel your cookie order up to 14 business days prior to your pick up date. No refunds will be given for cookies that have already been made, this includes holiday cookies. Any holiday cookies that are left 24 hours after the pickup times have ended will be forfeited with no refund unless other arrangements have been made with me.
Q: Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?
A: Yes, I am able to provide a nut free cookie. Unfortunately, I do not have a gluten free option available. This is something I look forward to offering in the future.
Q: Can you ship your cookies?
A: Since I function under the Florida Cottage Law, I am unable to ship cookies. However, you are welcome to ship them.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No, I can meet within reasonable distance if schedule permits.
Q: When is deposit and payment due?
A: Deposit of 50% is due at booking and must be paid within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Remaining balance is to be paid a week prior to pick up. All deposits are to be paid via invoiced email.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them.
DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.

Q: Do I need to refrigerate my cookies once I pick them up?
A: No, please DO NOT refrigerate them as the difference in temperatures when you pull them out of the fridge will cause condensation and the colors will run! For safe keeping please leave them at room temperature in a cool place away from direct sunlight, leaving them in the box on the kitchen counter until your party is perfect!
